Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies separately to (a) property booking amounts facilitated through Fine Homes India as a channel partner, and (b) advance payments or retainers collected directly by us for architecture and interior designing services.

2. Property Booking Amounts

As a channel partner, any token or booking amount collected is passed on to the respective builder/developer and is governed by that builder's own refund/cancellation policy and the buyer's agreement executed with them. Refunds of booking amounts, where applicable, are processed by the builder/developer directly and may be subject to deductions as per their terms. Fine Homes India does not independently guarantee or process refunds on the builder's behalf, but will assist clients in following up with the builder/developer where required.

3. Architecture & Interior Design Service Payments

Payments made directly to Fine Homes India for design consultation, architectural drawings, or interior designing work are typically structured as milestone-based advances. Refunds for such payments are handled as follows:

• Advances paid before commencement of any design work are refundable, minus a nominal consultation/administrative charge, if the project is cancelled before work begins.
• Once design work, drawings, or site visits have commenced for a specific milestone, the corresponding milestone payment becomes non-refundable, as it reflects work already performed.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15–21 business days of a written cancellation request.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Statutory charges, government fees, third-party approval costs, and processing/administrative fees already incurred on a client's behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a query regarding an existing payment, please write to us at indiafinehomes@gmail.com with your booking/payment reference details. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at SAS Nagar, Punjab.
